garlic powder (1 teaspoon)

coconut aminos (1/2 cup)

fish sauce (2 tablespoons)

cooked rice (4 cups)

Braggs liquid aminos substitution (braggs liquid aminos is soy based and much saltier than coconut aminos; start with 2-3 tablespoons and adjust to taste)

Diy coconut aminos alternative (use a diy coconut aminos substitute recipe as an alternative to store-bought coconut aminos)

Fish sauce substitution (omit fish sauce by replacing it with additional coconut aminos and adding salt to taste)
