large egg (1)
small yellow onion - finely chopped (1/2)
fresh Italian parsley - finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
mayonnaise (1)
sriracha sauce (1 teaspoon)
small lemon - zested and juiced (1/2)
dry bread crumbs (2/3 cup)

lemon (1)
lemon zest from lemon
parmesan cheese
Pantry staples: salt, pepper
Tips:

No breadcrumbs on hand? Saltine crackers make an excellent, crunchy substitute.
Leftovers reheat beautifully in the air fryer the next day to retain that perfect, crispy texture.
