Ingredients Needed:

ground beef (1 pound)

italian breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)

grated parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)

milk (1/3 cup)

ketchup (1/4 cup)

finely chopped onion (1/4 cup)

finely chopped bell pepper (1/4 cup)

garlic powder (1/ teaspoon)

italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)

large egg (1)

ketchup for topping (1/3 cup)

brown sugar (2 1/2 tablespoons)

mustard (1 teaspoon)

worcestershire sauce (1/2 teaspoon)

Pantry staples: black pepper, salt

Tips:

Mix ingredients just until combined,  over mixing will make your meatloaf muffins tough.
