Creamy Crockpot White Chicken Chili
This white chicken chili is one of our Founder Hannah Webb's go-to winter dishes. It's cozy and flavorful, and it can be customized with various toppings.

Ingredients Needed:
Chicken breasts (1 lb)
Yellow onion (1)
Garlic cloves (2)
Low sodium chicken broth (24 oz)
Great Northern beans (2 15oz cans)
Diced green chiles (2 4oz cans)
Whole kernel corn (1 15oz can)
Cumin (1 tsp)
Oregano (3/4 tsp)
Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp)
Fresh cilantro (1 small handful + extra for topping)
Reduced fat cream cheese (4 oz)
Half and half (1/4 cup)
Pantry staples: salt, black pepper
Tips:
Have your Home Manager put the ingredients in the crockpot to be almost ready when you get home for dinner. Simply add the cream cheese and half and half 15 minutes before you want to eat and stir. This is great with Fritos!
