ground beef 85% lean (1 pound)
taco seasoning packet 1 (3.5 to 4 tbsp)
sweet potatoes (4 halved length wise)
Toppings:
salsa of choice
ripe avocado pitted and mashed (1)
lime (1 quartered)
cilantro leaves (roughly chopped)
pickled jalapeños
shredded cheddar cheese (dairy free cheese)
pickled onions
hot sauce
Pantry staples: salt, black pepper, olive oil
